   TICO Construction was founded in 1997 by two gifted young men who were looking to make a living. Both had previous construction experience going back to having learned from their fathers as well as previous jobs.  There was immediate success as enthusiasm coupled with a great work place attitude made it easy for people to make the choice to hire TICO!

   

   With a desire to please, as well as quality of workmanship being equally important, the business continued to grow. TICO built some of the first ICF foundations in the surrounding area after becoming a dealer for Superform ICF, long before ICF's full potential were realized.

We have the equipment to start from the ground up with gravel prep, trough drains supplied and installed, Styrofoam supplied and installed, as well as in-slab heat pipe installation and rebar grid laid and tied.
